People always saying Where's the Beef I believe I found it .

The food was amazing the brisket was succulent, the chicken was juicy and the ribs were mouthwatering. The food was definitely worth the drive. We had potato salad and bake beans for our sides and they too were amazing . But my most favorite part was that each plate came with a homemade ole fashioned melt in your mouth picece of pound cake that was simple amazing for a lack of better words. It reminded me of my grandmother's cake. Character's bbq is definitely good food in a family atmosphere and Michael was a bonus he was down to earth , funny and he made all his customers feel at home . We will definitely be back ......

This place still cooks with real wood.No gas burner and no gas taste.Great food and the owner is super friendly and has a happy smile for everyone Probably the best food in Adairsville.
